I’ll craft compelling, high-quality narratives that align with funder priorities. My focus is on philanthropic applications (foundation and corporate), local cities and municipality opportunities, and responses to state grants, NOFOs, or RFPs for contracts for service. I am not currently offering support for federal opportunities (exceptions can be made for current and ongoing clients).

In addition to grant writing, I’ll manage your grants calendar, track application and report deadlines, review prospects, record notifications and strategy notes, and will lead once monthly grant team meetings to assign projects and discuss strategy.

I’ll build the frameworks that prove your program’s impact, making your next grant even easier to win. Together, we’ll develop the processes to collect, track, aggregate, and analyze your demographic and program data. We’ll establish your output and outcome goals, create participant surveys, and build an easy-to-use spreadsheet to track responses and measure your progress to goals. Ongoing services are available to manage, aggregate, and analyze the data.

It’s More than a Mentorship! Perhaps you have someone on your team ready to dive into grants, but you don’t know where to begin. I’ll act as that “staff mentor” to walk them through developing their processes, create a grants tracking calendar, how to research new prospects, build a program outline, and prepare compelling narratives. I’ll provide 1:1 tailored guidance, acting as an “on-call” expert, reviewing their drafts and coaching them through the nuances of the field.
